For companies

We bring AI into your team’s everyday work.

Depending on where you stand, we start with the audit, a workshop or directly with a team that builds. The formats can be combined, and each one shows which stages it fits.

Six formats

Six formats that can be combined.

Many start with the workshop or the audit and then go further. The example further down shows what that can look like. The marker shows which stages a format fits.

For management and leadership teams

AI Strategy Workshop

Together we work out where AI has the biggest lever in your business, what comes first and what you deliberately leave out. At the end you have a prioritized roadmap with clear owners.

For teams that are meant to build together

Team CircleThe Macher Kreis exclusively for your company

Three months, six to seven people from your team. Each person carries out a complex project from your day-to-day work, with the goal of creating a measurable lever. Why this pays off is explained further down.

03for stages 1 to 3

For everyone who wants to know where they stand

AI Audit & Opportunity Analysis

Together we take a close look at your processes, data and tools and find out where automation pays off right away and where it only pays off later. You get a list of levers, sorted by effort and impact.

04for stages 2 and 3

For companies that want to move revenue with AI

Revenue & Growth

We look for the places where AI has a direct effect on revenue and growth: new products, better conversion, customer outreach that fits your data. We implement the first of them together.

Project

05for stages 1 to 3

Before a sale, an investment or a partnership

M&A Readiness & Valuation

We look at how your company is set up with AI, the way buyers and investors would examine it. You get a report with strengths, risks and actions, including your visibility in AI answers. This is not a company valuation in the sense of a purchase price.

Report

06for stages 2 and 3

For websites, portals, apps and agents

A2A Benchmark

My agents check your websites, portals, apps and agents for what often nobody in-house can assess or what gets overlooked day to day: security gaps, performance problems and errors that can cause real damage. We only test what you have approved in writing beforehand. You get a prioritized list of what is critical and what can wait, and after the fixes we measure again.

Team Circle

Why a circle of your own pays off for your team

In the open Macher Kreis, entrepreneurs from different industries work side by side. In the Team Circle you work among yourselves, on your own topics. The process is the same as in the Macher Kreis. Team Circles can also run in English, and two already do.

  • You work on your own processes and data, and everything stays in-house.
  • The team learns together and finds a shared language and shared standards for AI.
  • The projects mesh with each other instead of everyone building on their own.
  • Dates and location are up to you, and if you like, everything takes place at your offices.
  • In the end you have people in-house who can pass the knowledge on to others.
  • The participants become multipliers and carry what they have built and learned into the rest of the team.

In practice

How the formats fit together.

I accompany several companies on their way with AI. Here is an anonymized example of a very successful collaboration with a Series B startup.

  1. AI Strategy WorkshopMonth 1

A shared goal with the management team

With the founders we worked out where AI has the biggest lever in the company and turned that into a roadmap. Since then we have met every week for sparring, and in month 3 a second workshop added binding decisions.

  2. AI Audit & Opportunity AnalysisMonth 3

A common foundation for AI across the whole company

In the audit we captured what an AI platform for the company needs: data, security, costs and the protection of the children who use its products. Together with the tech and data team, this turned into firm decisions.

  3. Revenue & Growthfrom month 3

Agents take over search engine optimization

What an agency used to do is now handled by a team of agents built on n8n. The first changes are live, and visits from search are going up. On top of that came a cockpit for sales planning that solved a stuck forecasting problem.

  4. With the whole teamMonth 4

A hackathon in which the team builds for itself

Instead of more training sessions, the team wanted to build things themselves. At the first hackathon, employees without a technical background used AI to create talking videos of the company’s own characters, with a tool we built for it.

It all started with one workshop, and everything else followed step by step. With the agent team for search, the company has already reached Stage 3 in one area.

How we work together

Whichever format you start with, the path is similar.

We start with what should be running at the end. Then we implement it together, in a way that keeps it running without me.

  1. Understand

We take a close look at your business, your processes and your goals.

  2. Plan

A roadmap with what comes first and what is deliberately left out.

  3. Implement

Together with your team, in real operations instead of on slides.

  4. Embed

Documentation and enablement, so it keeps running without me.

We used AI to automate our innovation funding processes, and the efficiency gain was massive. And the best part: I was able to build it myself.
