In a fixed circle with other entrepreneurs, you work on a complex project from your day-to-day business, with the goal of creating a measurable lever. You don’t need to know how to code, but you should enjoy getting things done with AI yourself.
Why a circle
On your own, too much gets left undone in daily business.
Most entrepreneurs who come to me already know a lot about AI. What they lack is time, people to compare notes with and the commitment to really put it into practice in their own business.
- You read a lot about AI and try out quite a bit, but little of it makes it into your daily work.
- In your own company there is often nobody at your level to talk it through with.
- There are new tools every week, and it’s hard to tell which of them matter for you.
- On your own there is no commitment, and day-to-day business almost always wins.
How it works
Three months, two evenings in Munich and real work in between.
The circle has six sessions. For the start and the finish we meet in person in Munich over dinner, and in between online every two weeks for 90 minutes.
- Getting to know each other
A confidential conversation in which we find out whether the circle is right for you. You don’t need any prior knowledge for it.
- Kick-off in Munich
You get to know the group, define your project and start with a real task from your day-to-day work.
- Online sessions
Every two weeks you show what you have implemented and get feedback from the group and from me.
- Finale in Munich
You present what you have built, and together we check whether it holds up. Afterwards you know how to find the next lever yourself.
Between the sessions
- Weekly coaching session
A short weekly conversation with me about where you stand, what is blocking you and what to focus on next.
- The Werkbank
The shared workspace of the circle, with your path through the three months, the impact journal and a personal sparring partner who knows your project.
- The group
You can bring questions and interim results to the group at any time, and I also keep an eye on them between the sessions.

- You can stay committed for three months, including between the sessions.

- You are looking for a course with lecture-style teaching.
- You want a recommendation for a tool but don’t want to implement it yourself.
- You can’t set aside 90 minutes every two weeks, or you have no time to put things into practice in between.

Circle 3 is still offered at the founding price. When you apply, I’ll get in touch personally, and in a short conversation we’ll find out whether the circle is right for you.

Frequently asked questions
What people often ask before the circle.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. The circle is for entrepreneurs, not for developers. I start where you are right now, whatever your stage.
How much time should I plan for?
Plan on two to three hours a week: a 90-minute session every two weeks, a short coaching session each week and your own time to implement. Most of it happens in your normal working day.
What happens if I miss a session?
There is a recording and a summary, and we catch up on the most important points in the weekly coaching session. But the circle thrives when everyone is there.
Does it continue after the three months?
Yes. You stay in the community of all circles and keep exchanging ideas. I regularly put new developments into context there, so you don’t start from scratch again in six months.
